• Apply shampoo to damp hair. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water to prepare the scalp for cleansing. • Distribute a small amount of shampoo. Sulfate-free shampoo may lather less, but this amount is sufficient for cleansing. Apply shampoo to the scalp and hair roots, massaging gently. This will allow thymol and salicylic acid to act on problem areas. • Leave on for 2-3 minutes. For best results, leave the shampoo on the scalp for a few minutes to allow the ingredients to release their beneficial properties. • Rinse thoroughly with water. Use warm water to remove all shampoo residue. Repeat if necessary. • Use shampoo regularly. To combat dandruff, it is recommended to use shampoo 2-3 times a week. Regular use will not only eliminate visible dandruff, but also maintain a healthy scalp in the future
