The facility uses a unique vacuum drying technology at temperatures not exceeding 38°C, which preserves the full vitamin and mineral profile, enzymatic activity, and therapeutic properties of honey. The company has also developed a method of controlled crystallization that retains the natural structure of honey — forming the foundation of a unique product: the “Golden Ingot” apibar.
