Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions-Fatio Store

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fatio Store (Fatio General Trading LLC). By participating in the Fatio Store Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 


Please read these Terms carefully before joining the Program.

Affiliate Registration and Acceptance

  • To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application process on our website and provide accurate and complete information.
  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
  • If your application is approved, you will receive a unique Affiliate ID, which you must use to track your referrals.

Affiliate Commissions

  • The company agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission for valid referrals made through the Affiliate's unique ID.
  • The commission rate and structure are outlined on the Company's website and may be subject to change at the Company's discretion.
  • Commissions will be paid to the Affiliate on the monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold of 200 AED has been reached.

Affiliate Responsibilities

  • The Affiliate is responsible for promoting the Company's products and services in a professional and ethical manner.
  • The Affiliate may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or misrepresentation.
  • The Affiliate must use the provided marketing materials and tracking links to accurately record referrals.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program immediately, without notice, if the Affiliate violates these Terms or engages in any prohibited activities.

Intellectual Property

  • The Company grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company's products and services as part of the Program.

  • The Affiliate agrees not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or use the Company's intellectual property for any purpose other than promoting the Company.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received from the other party during the course of this agreement confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the Program.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UAE’s Law.

Changes to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided to Affiliates through email or by posting the updated Terms on the Company's website.

Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

  • By joining the Fatio Store Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
