Returns & refunds

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, as indicated by the tracking number. Please inform us via email before returning the item.

Conditions for Returns:

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn.
Items must be securely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, preferably the same box used to ship to you.
